aw based on my experience ha, pag sulod nakog stream T2 ko sa XBOX (T2 ang title pero ang work T1), paghuman namo training kay hanging me for 3 weeks doing nothing, cge ra dula.... bcoz ang account is shaky and low call volume kay medjo wala na satisfied ang client, then after that re-profiled ko to other account, and up until now wa pajud nanawag..... labad jud kaayo tapos walay klaro ang process... politics is there pud, nuon di man jud mawala ang politics.....

and i heard intuit and dell accounts are laying off some agents due to low call volume.... im not sure unsa ni ka tinuod but sa dell kay sure ko.... pero nag wonder ko ngano cge sila ug hire na naa man unta mga agents na gi lay off nila na mas naa pay background sa account... anyways ako rani experience hap..........

Ing-ani ako situation mga bro: This is my first time to apply as a call center agent. I passed the initial interview but sadly i failed sa toomah so I've undergone LPET1 for 2 weeks, then took the versant after. I passed the versant. Human nako final interview, but during the interview, I was told sa sirius unta ko nga account but then I have technical skills daw so gi.reprofile ko sa tech accounts, wala lng ko ingna kung unsa jud, Dell ba or Kodiak. Then gi.patake ko ug technical exams. Then after ato I was advised to wait for a call from my supervisor within this week daw. What are my chances nga ma-hired ko?

@krb: phone sim man japon na bro, same sa versant, pero ang nakalahi lng kay ang mu.evaluate sa results sa toomah kay person pero sa versant kay machine. madada ra jud ang toomah pero medyo distracted lng jud ko ato pag-take nako.
