The University of San Carlos College of Fine Arts and Architecture will be pushing for a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Cinema course, which is mostly on the theories and histories of films and filmmaking, for June 2011. There'll be more developments this March 2010.

It should not be about them it should be about US..kita as a filipino..we have a rich Film history starting here sa Cebu..major in Philippine Cinema..i just realized karn lang..we NEVER touched Philippine Cinema in our T.v. Arts class sa una sa advertising..only when someone from Mowelfund came to our school to discuss it.
