A 3-day Seminar Workshop on Harnessing Your Human Potential
People today are said to be using only 2 to 10% of their potentials. Meaning that we have about 90% of ourselves to develop. We are all caught up in our worries, our fears, our obsessions that we forget what it is we are really living for. Some of us are not even aware of this.
This seminar-workshop is all about developing that part of us that we have forgotten. Our desire to become better humans, to live harmoniously with one another, to have better relationships, to live a richer and more meaningful life, and to know ourselves fully, and simply to become our full human potential.
During the seminar-workshop, the participants will also learn:
1. Clarity in their thoughts and feelings;
2. To develop a more positive attitude towards everyday situations;
3. To better formulate their wishes, dreams and hopes and then manifest them;
4. To automatically act on their plans and meet deadlines without effort; and
5. To do away with their fears, worries, and anxieties.
On a larger scale, the participants:
1. Will go through the dynamics of learning who they are as persons;
2. Learn to respect themselves and others;
3. Learn to think positively and manifest what they want to do with their lives; and
4. Learn to connect with their souls and become a more spiritually-minded person.
A lecture on the following topics will be discussed:
1. The Human Body
2. Clarity and visualization
3. Developing the senses
4. Handling our health
5. Our Relationships
6. Our Financial problems
7. Our belief system towards success
Visualization and meditation exercises will be given in between lessons, and assignments will be given to the participants to answer honestly. This will be an interactive seminar-workshop and everyone is expected to actively cooperate and participate in all the exercises. And because this is a non-sect, non-religious workshop, participants should have an open mind and should be willing to change their negative attitudes towards themselves, the people around them, their immediate surroundings, and the world in general.
