ako lappy kay hpnetbook. ako sya g restore after ato hapit n mhumN ang pag restore ga install na sya tanan sasulod sa windows. after ato naa ni pop up na install incomplete mao ako gi restore blik. same ra ghapon ang na happen..but karon sge ra sya ingon nga incomplte balik daw ang installation. hen mag sge ra sya og set as a frst user daw. then ni hawas tong administrator n imo i click para mkasud gbutang ky your ccoynt has been disable please look toyour window administrator. unsa kha angaybuhaton ani.. unsa possible prob. huhuhuhu ty

Try some restore points on different dates just like the above mentioned and if symptoms persist, contact your technician Im sure its not that bad..

Unsaon mana Sir? ang mo appear raman na option kay katong window recover, tapos chose nako ang wiindow normal. tapos mo appear ang welcome logo then mo naa tingog na mura error tapos aftr pila ka sec. kay naa mo appear window could not complete the installation to install windows in this cmputer, restart the installation. ako gi ok. mag same2 ra jpon sya og mahappen

Mama sulod paka sa windows? If maka sulod paka pwedi pana ma back up ang mga files nimo sa USB, then e reformat na aron ma limpyo balik imong OS.

What brand and model imong laptop? some laptop naa may recovery option nga naka hide sa partition sa Hard disk.

Probably naay na corrupt na file sa imo Windows installation. If naa kay kelangan na files. I suggest i-backup nmu. You'll probably need help from some of your techy-er friends.

If dli ka kasulod balik sa Windows(which apparently you are not able to) gamit ug bootable CD or USB. Pag boot ug lain OS, Linux for example. Suwayi ang Fedora or Ubuntu na flavor. Boot into the OS. Backup all your files, format drive. voila! problem solved.

There's probably a better way to solving this than reformatting, but since I can't be physically there to examine your laptop. This is the best I can do.
