    Lagi, mag jogging nako next month. Mao sai gi-advise sa akong instructor. Mas labing maayo daw kung workout then cardio. Whew! I want to become the next Derek Ramsay. LOL

    guys,if u lose wt, will ur strength lose pod bah?. .i play basketball mn gud,nya sa ilawon ako position, dghan banga2 sa lawas. nya dapat mangusug jud. .d pod ko nahan magpa outplayed jd, but my concern,f ma lose kug wt. ako na hnoun, malupad ani, hehee

    gastart ko ug gym since i was 3rd year high school then nastop sya pag 4th year nako then pag college ky usahay nalang. unya karon ky wa najud. gusto ko mubalik kaso maulaw ko muadto sa gym ky mejo naa nkoy fat belly. huhuhu

    Wa kay dapat ika-ulaw choi. Maulaw lang ka kung moadto ka sa gym nga baho. Kadaghan nako naka-uban sa gym nga baho-an ko. hehehe No offense meant sa mga naay b.o. pero you have to do something about it for social reasons.

    when it comes to hygiene, particular jud ko ana. li jud pwede mulakaw ko nga baho. hehe asay nindot gyman dri sa cebu?
