    trapuhi lang sa na imo ilok ug tissue everytime mosingot mintras wala pa ka nakit an ug alternative kung unsaon na tissue lang ha para malabay ra nimo. heheheh

    does this mean nga maski naa pa ang sabon mag rub na ug calamansi? or after manabon, wash sa ug water then rub calamansi. Pila ka mins bag-o waswasan ang calamansi?

    Certain foods will give you more sweat e.g. chili, red hot pepper. Aroma of certain pungent foods could also be carried in your sweat e.g. onion and beer. Cut out those foods.

    Epsom salt bath, alternate cold and hot showers daily would be useful for body odor. It will improve blood circulation and reduce congestion in the body.
