For others who have the same question, here's my answer:

If pang consumo ra kay pwede raman pd. Just make it sure na limpyo ang inyo lugar, dli polluted, and wlay source of infection para likay sa sakit.

Maau pd ni na pang-consumo sir kay at least kabaw ta unsa gikaon sa ato mga binuhi.
