based on performace rating, the XP2000+ pero based on real life performance the AMD 1600+ would run circles around the P4 2.0Ghz

ya mao gyud diritsu nalang og Athlon64 3000xp venice core soc939
or if tight ka sa budget u can go for AMD sempron 3200 soc939(this proc. is benchmark as high as AMD64 2800xp)
