funny though, they always put it on the side of the plate, hehe..i even thought it as ice cream, hehe..i really can't tolerate the taste, hehe..imagine..flaring nostrils, teary-eyed and a rush of hot blood into your face...

Tulo mi kabuok ato--me, a friend, and a korean friend. maayu nalang kay katong korean friend ra ang nakakita nga gikaon nako ang wasabi coz my other friend was at the restroom that time. nag panic ko gamay when i realized it was hot. maayu nalang kay wa pa nako na swallow...i had to drink lots of water. basta what i can remember is that i panicked, hadlok ko di nya ko kaginhawa.

i don't hate wasabi or japanese food presentation bisan na ingun ato ko kay i really love japanese food. BUT, naa lang koy complaint. Naka notice ba mo anang plastic nga green leaf? serrate gani ang edges? nganong ila man intawn nang ibutang sa plato uy! okay lang unta i decorate sa ubos sa plato, not together with the sashimi! na-ilad sad ko ana before abi nako ug green seaweed ba.

@Ms.Beau: ai ambot unsa juy naa anang murag green leaves na zig-zag ang edges..style ra man guro na..I have observed that Japanese are into food presentation, hehe..and the table is usually populated with small plates, hehe..

I like Jap foods except with wasabe...Sometimes, they put wasabe within sushis..so I usually end up getting rid of the center part..pero ma feel ghapon nmo ang ka halang...

lami man ang wasabi kung i mix og kikoman or kung gusto gyud mog mas lami try i mix siya og knorr seasoning. bag o na nako nga discovery. mas lami gyud kiung knorr kaysa kikoman..

Ms. Beau imo naikaon ang plastic? btaw ngano ila kaha na ibutang bisan dili na siya pagkaon.
