    Default CONDOMINIUM tites?


    hello mag bros and sis!,

    naa lng ko question ba...dba in every deal you need a deed of sale right?...how come some condos dont have one?, they only issue contracts...is this still ok?...

    because condo units are not forever yours. you can only occupy it for upto 99 years maximum. that is the disadvantage of owning a condo. and god forbid, in case of fire, earthquake, you get nothing.

    but eventhough, i think you still need to have the deed of sale. coz it serves as proof of payment etc.

    Dili d i na ma himong imoha ang condo unit nga imo paliton?
    tabla ra mura ka ga lease kung dili ka hatagan deed of sale.

    basig dili pa fully paid ang unit. pag fully paid na, the developer is supposed to execute a deed of absolute in ur name, that deed will be registered, and you will be issued a Condominium Certificate of Title for the unit. check ur contract to make sure.

    Fully paid na ang unit bai? If so, I think you will get a Certificate of Ownership of the condo unit you bought.

    You still get something back as long nga insured ang imo condo unit. Even ang house and lot, if your house is not insured ug masunog na kwets ra ka. Condo is good as investment kay dali ra ma rent out.

    wa ko kabaw dili diay na forever and conduminium . all i know naay monthly maintance free per square meter.

    talked with someone and a certain Big condo here in cebu DOESNT issue a deed of sale...tsk2x...pag bantay mu maga condo buyers




    naa man jd DEED OF SALE TANAN CONDO kay if wla kuno wa na ne.age sa gov't registrar...if contract or bsan unsa lisod na cya kuno kay e kiha pa nmu and DUGAY and MAHAL kuno au na,,ESP if dagko ug mga WALLET ka.away nimu...
