Admin Assistant for MicroSourcing Cebu (IT Park)
Job Description
To work as an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, mailing and filing.
- Coordinate and maintain records of clients' bills and other payable.
- Arrange travel bookings and other sort of transportation request for all the clients.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- ACCEPTING FRESH GRADUATES or someone who completed at least 2 years college experience / vocational course
- Preferably female candidate from 20-27 years old
- Must have the following competencies:
Have excellent English communication skills (Both verbal and written)
Good intrapersonal skills
Time management skills
- Must be willing to work at our Cebu site
