Ok this is where I ended up:

LT1(HOST with net connection thru LAN)

    WLAN
    IP: 192.168.0.4

    LT2 (lleech ehehe)
    IP:192.168.0.5
    Dgateway: 192.168.0.4

Set them on a private network. Magkita na sila pero wla gyud net connection sa LT2
    Yes shared na ICS
    Disables na AV/FW

ahmm i think ur prob is simple. just follow this steps

    1. add a new wireless connection and set it it computer-to-computer (adhoc) connection
    2. then identify the source of internet connection for the server laptop that will be the gateway for other laptops like:

    source:
direct LAN connection: (this is if ang imo laptop nag kuha og internet from hub. usually ang LAN ni sya na adapter)
Direct DSL connection (if the gateway laptop is connected directly to the dsl modem)
Dial Up (if u use dial up connection)

u can view the source by viewing all active connection

ex. Local Area Network Wireless Area Network

to share the internet you need to right click the adapter that is connected to the internet then you simple enable internet sharing.
Automatically your Wireless Area Network Adapter will have an automatic static ip of: 192.168.0.1 <-- if it works like this then it means ur n the ryt path.

After that you go to the laptop you want to connect to the internet usng the gateway laptop

then configure the IP. ex. Ip: 192.168.0.2 <-- i used this ip since we can nolonger used the 192.168.0.1 because it is now being used by the gateway laptop
    subnet: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 192.168.0.1 <-- remember to set the gateway ip so u can connect to the internet via the gateway laptop
DNS: 210.14.0.113 <-- u can use any valid dns server here as for an example i used this dns from i-gate its working
    210.14.0.114

then after that everything will work fine.
