    Default Smoking and Gym


    I'm a smoker pro ako na gi lessen, cguro mga 10-12 sticks nalng a day from more than a pack last year.
    My concern is, nag start ko ug adto sa gym just yesterday and niingon nko ako miga na I have to quit smoking
    kay mkadaut daw kay open daw kau ang lungs ana if gkan exercise. If mag smoke ra daw ghapon ko maypa d nlng ko mag gym. Tinood ba ni?

    Kay if tinood murag dili nalng jud ko mag tuga2x ug gym ani kay di paman ko makaundang. Di man gud in.ana ka sayon so d mada ug pnakalit na undang.

    Ang ako raman unta to kay cardio lang.. May nlng naa gamay pasingot ba kay smoker raba ko nya naa ra office pirmi cge lng lingkod. Pro if tinuod man gani to na mas kuyaw diay, na murag mkaundang jud ta gym ani.

    mao ni tambag sa akoa before TS...akong gibuhat, niundang ko gym...
    hangtod karon smoke gihapon ko minimal na lang...same same sa imoha 10sticks or more kung naai inom...
    jogging and duwa basketbol akong trip...

    It doesn't matter when you smoke, what matters is how many sticks a day do you consume. If you are really interested with improving your health, I suggest that you continue with your gym enrollment, do weight excercises and cardio, and LESSEN the number of sticks you consume in a day. Taper it down until there comes a day that you aren't smoking anymore.

    If you do not stop or even attempt to stop smoking, why go to the gym? Going to the gym is for improving one's health. Smoking is doing the opposite of that. If you can't stop, and won't even have the courage to stop, then do not waste your time and effort going to the gym. Just stick to what you love most. And good luck with your lung goals.

    I agree with your friend ts, undang na lang gym. Ang gibayad nimu para gym membership ipalit na lang nag sigarilyo.

    pde mn ka pasingot sa balay.. like palit kag weights.. curl ups, push up nya jog in place pero sakto imong kaila bati jud maggym ka nya manigarilyo mura rag wala imong gym

    Gym or smoke, pili lang asa nila...if mg smoke ka while ga gym, way gamit ang gym, you're still digging up your own grave...do what truly makes you happy..good luck

    if nahan ka mo payat hala padayon og smoke.

    pero nahan ka mo dako, yaw pag smoke.

    maka gamay lawas ang smoke kay mo taas metabolism nimo

    bai dli imong lungs mapatay ana, imong heart.. pag vape bai for a couple of months and then undang dayon, walay withdrawals if mag vape ka una.. transition from vaping then quit.. pangayo lang strength ni God.. wala ko magexpect na naka undang ko.. mas grabe pako nimo mo smoke...

    Quit smoking na TS oy. It's difficult, not impossible. Mas maayo pa gamiton ang kwarta para pang-gym.
