I'm planning to upgrade my ddr3 1333 RAM to 1600, but my motherboard is not listed on the RAM's qualified motherboard list, and also the RAM is not listed on my motherboard support list.

is there be a performance issue if I use this RAM?

As long as your mobo specs is capable of supporting ddr3 1600 it will do most of the time..

Wats ur mobo brad? Maka support raman na xa 1600 kay mu downclock raman ang ram to 1333.. i remembered reading somewhere na you have to adjust your CPU settings sa bios para ma take advantage nimo ang 1600.

P7H55-M akong mobo.
processor i5-750 OC @4.0 1.4vcore
RAM nga akong gi gamit ron kingston DDR3 1333 value RAM. pero 1200 ra akong gi gamit kay ang next multiplier para sa RAM kay 1600 then 2000 naman so I use 1200 lang para dili ma guba akong RAM.

pero gi tan.aw nako iyang manual sa board ang supported RAM niya kay wala ma apil sa lista ang G.SKILL trident F3-12800CL8D-4GBTD (2Gx2).
kuyawan lang ko basin naay performance issue or basin mas mo hinay na nu.on ang performance sa akong system.

That should be fine. And yes they're right mo downgrade na cya unsay pinaka ubos nimo na setting sa bios sa imo RAM.
