Duna mi unit sa lapu-lapu bro 5.5k with parking. here are the specs:
The studio unit is provided with one bed, personal ref and kitchen sink. It also has a separate CR with hot shower and a laundry area. The rate is allowed for twin occupancy and does not include electricity (separate meter). The place is secured with gate and fence and very accessible by jeepney, tricycle or taxi.
