Must be as follows:
- Room for 1 but I have a bunch of stuff so good for 2 is better
- No curfew
- Own keys
- Visitors allowed (just in case someone wants to sleep over)
- with own CR preferred, pwede ra common as long as can accommodate everyone di mag-ilog
- with aircon is a plus!
- Clean and ready for occupancy
- Secure, with grills preferred
- Preferably very near to USC Main area
- near Laundry shop
- 1 ride to AYALA/SM/EMALL/ROBINSONS/ITPARK
- Carenderia
- Friendly neighborhood
Budget:
- 5k + meter
- 7k electricity & water included, no extra charges
