House for Rent in Lapu-Lapu City Area 3-8K and Dogs allowed

Final na jud ni..manghawa na jud mi... the house and lot I'm occupying now will be used by the owner for school expansion. So now, I'm looking for a new place to stay - long term.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
house with at least 2 bedrooms
dogs allowed - NEEDED JUD got 5 dogs (kay daghan kawatan diri sa amoa mao na nag buhi mi - but they're well behaved)
great if it has a lawn - for the dogs to run around (they need exercise)
must have a gate - to keep the dogs within the area

preferably LAPU-LAPU CITY area...

budget: 3-8K


MY DOGS
akong mga doggies kay mga aspin pero mga limpyo ni sila ug mo tuo nako. ma istorya ra sad (if i say ROOM they go to their room - as in sila mismo mo sulod sa room).. ang isa lang ron kay na allergy siya, na tang2x ang balahibo kay napakaon sa neighbor ug seafood. the rest they're okay.





it will be just me and my mom, and the dogs but my siblings will be visiting from time to time

For those peeps na mo offer ug house for sale, we're still thinking of buying a house but due to our situation (2 months ra gihatag sa amoa para mo balhin) our funds is not enough in buying a house. Pero kung barato ug nindot ang balay, let me know - especially if gamay ra inyo ask na down then installment dayon.

just in case naay mo ingon nga gamay ra akong budget, FYI 4000 per month with FREE WATER ang akong gi puy-an karon. That is 3 bedrooms, 2 CR, very big lawn (nga pwede 3 ka truck mo parking)... mao lang na, daghan kawatan diri sauna mao na nag buhi mi ug dogs.

di type sa akong mama ang studio. plus mo uli2x man gud akong maguwang every other year unya sa amoa man mo stay. so need jd nga balay.
