Through istorya, I've met alot of interesting peeps and cultivated several friendships and peer groups such as the balakistas, pencil pushers, diners, badminton/tugsh tugsh and tee shots group These groups had helped me to come out of my shell and learn to mingle with other peeps -- ika nga, it overcame my shyness

This forum also rekindled my passion for writing and inspired me to blog especially in terms of foodtripping. It helped me to go beyond my comfort zone and be more adventurous in my passion for food for sheer excitement in sharing out to my fellow istoryans.

I gained a lot of wisdom and cool alternative ways in certain things and somehow got answers from the threads which I'm so afraid to ask personally. And it's comforting to know that other peeps share ur dilemmas so I found solace and an escape thru the forum.

Lastly, the forum is a good diversion when you're trying your very best to heal your wounds thru the interaction you get from the peeps -- their views give you a whole different perspective in dealing life's trials and heartaches.

So in a nutshell, I've found a "friend" in istorya... thanks so much iStorya
