I'm trading my Thermaltake Frio OCK CPU cooler to a single slot video card. Just add cash if necessary.

I'm looking for a video card with this specification:
- single slot video card cooler
- with HDMI output
- should not excess 7" in length
- black PCB if possible

Preferably HD6570 but any model will do as long as it meets my required specs.
