Default Will Mobile Phone service prices GO DOWN if San Miguel starts offering it?

SMC is slated to start offering mobile phone services through a subsidiary next year. Do you think prices will go down? Would you support OPENING UP the Philippines market to a total of 5 to 8 BIG cell phone companies?

Competition is always a good thing for the consumer; heaven knows the telecom market here needs shaking up.

for me, kung dunay free wifi sa office ug sa balay, no need to bother paying for those services offered by those companies. at this present times i only buy load just to keep my sim active. i would be happy kung mo reduce ang prices like .50cents per txt msg instead of 1php.

i hope the speed as well.

PH bandwidth speed lags so far behind in the region and the service is very expensive.
