wla kayo ko knowledge sa law pero i think moral damages is so hard to prepare as a case coz depende man gud asa ga originate ang moral damages...gikan ba na sa media or through curse of words...depende daun kung moral it has the defense attack should be well planned like depende pud sa effects sa moral damages nga na implicate sa party nga involved...

Basic nga i prove nimo kung ask ka ug moral damages are the following; mental anguish, sleepless nights besmirched reputation etc. You have to prove these otherwise there will be no award of moral damages. Ang imong mga requirements is the filing fee which is based on the amount you asked. Kung daku dako ka ug demand dako sad imo bayran. Kung medyo taas taas ang imong standing sa society, you can demand an amount commensurate to your stature.

Be sure to prepare proofs of your basis for moral damages, contracts, documents, agreements, libelous utterances, the newspaper where the libelous materials are found and of course prepare your witnesses.
