    bro to start...eat fiber rich food and avoid eating meat na...reduce rice intake... jogging daun...and keep a good mind set kay kung wla luyahon rka permi... jog at least 1 hr a day or walk nlng...you can do it b4 its too late...

    Ambot lang pud bro, kung asa pwede magpa-ingon ana diri... kelangan man pud gud og doctor before mo-start.. basin di ka-apas ang lawas.

    Anyways, if mag exercise pud ka bro, better ngita ka og partner sa pag jogging or with a dog, kanang itoy pa..
    or enroll in some exercise programs, Swimming, Martial Arts, etc..

    basta kanang, ma-hilig/lingaw nimo bro nga ganahan ka mag balik2x bahala'g kapoy, and make it as important as possible.

    pwede kanang mga instant fiber food sah? avoid eating meat and no more rice. jogging nah mura kapuyan ko. sa kaun lang tingali madala naku ug adjust. start naku 2mrw. naka 2 dinner man gud ku karun ganina heavy break pag 3 pm mura dili gyud mau na akung gi buhat.

    pwede ra na sir dammy, but fiber will only help clean your stomach, IMHO. Dapat with exercise pud..

    if you want, ingon sa among trainer nga eat 5 small meals, or 3 meals w/ less rice..

    Nag-suway ko'g carrot juice sauna for dinner, effective jud nga maka-busog.. and dapat pud sleep ka early para di ka gutomon sa kadlawon, kay mao jud na sugdan sa midnight snack. hehehe..

    unsay imong medical history, including sa imong family?
    unsay imong lifestyle?
    ang imong bulk, is it just fat or combination of fat and muscles?
    better to consult a physician before starting any diet or exercise program. avoid fad diets. what may work on others may not work sa imong physiology.

    bro ganahan ka dali.. pag diet og rich in fiber then pag jogging every day!!! then take og fat burner.. kanang lipo 6 black much better... dili jud ka mo daot if ur just eating it comes with exercise jud... kay no pain no game... if dili ka gnhn og jogging pag swiming or just walk nlng.. and if mag diet galing ka gamay ra kaona nga fibers ha.. ayaw pa labi... and set ur mind nga gnhn ka mag pa daot.. ayaw pag huna2 og gutom bro kay dghn kaau ka e burn... if u fell hungry.. eat small meals like crakers nga whole fiber. drink a glass of water... basta bro exercise lng jud maka tabang nimo.. if gnhn ka og motivation pag tanaaw sa abs-cbn kanang bigest losser maka motivate jud na nimo bro.. imagine nlng nga apil ka ana....

    ako maintain kilo 65 to 66..mao rajud ni akong kilo since 6yrs bsag unsaon kaon nako...then recently sige tagay naabot ko ug 71...then gi ubo ko 1month, karon akong kilo ganina 65 napod....dalia ra oi, balik napod gym kay au nang ubo..

    dili kado ning timbanga oi,, pero kung wala pagani kay gipamati sa imong lawas, ok raman tingali na. pero ang advice jud ani sa mga doctor, kay regular exercise, balance diet...
