Best RAM upgrade for my mobo

Heres the deal,

Mobo: asus a8n-sli deluxe
RAM: consair twinx 1024-3200pt (2-512)
cas: 3/ timing: 3-3-3-8

want to upgrade to 2gb (2-1gb), should i go for pc3500 and higher or find those low latancy type.

im not playing alot of game(only 15% of my time), im mostly doing Autodesk(ADT&Civil), Microstation, Adobe, Corel & SketchUp.
the computer that i use sa office seems to a bit stable with more memory with 4gb or maybe because its using ecc.

what do you think?

pc3500 is better than pc3200 coz it has wider bandwidth, but if your mobo is capable of (if you are not using dual channel, i am not very familiar with model. twinx is dual right?) dual channel better have a dual channel with wider bandwith like :mrgreenc4000 if its available here in pinas.

thanks man, i use my current RAM as dual channel. i feel its the only week link sa akong computer.
ill want to take time in this, maybe get those pc433's or something higher.
