P45 and X48 are the best (and newer) ones. The biggest (and perhaps only) difference is that X48 supports Full x16 Crossfire for dual ATI cards. For single card setup, both will give you close to identical results ... but the P45 is probably half the price :P.

im using a EP45-UD3L ... it rocks.. bisag DDR2 lang cya
i hope nag gamit ko ug p45 mobo nga DDR3 slot.
