    hi ts,

i was lucky enough to have joined this seminar.
i can discuss this things to you.
i still have the book that was given during the seminar.
i still have the talking stick
sadly i misplaced the cd.. that could have been easier..
and i still pretty much remember everything that was discussed
i also have the certification for this 7 habits

from what i know.. this is a very expensive seminar..
i was given the chance to attend this certification program for free

example for the win win situation:

sampol.. naay contest sa arm wrestling.
and every time ma pildi nimo ang kontra maka daog ka ug cash.
imbis na magpa kusganay mo.. and mu daog lang ug ka-usa
magpa pildi ka.. daog ang kontra ug cash..
next game magpa pildi ang kontra.. daog ka ug cash..
    balik balik.. lang..
point ani is.. we were taught to be competitive.. but we dont need to compete with each other everytime.

    I loved the book!

From what I can remember, thinking win/win simply involves cultivating an "abundance mentality." It means keeping the other person's best interest in mind and having the courage to communicate one's interest, too. The habit means exactly what it says -- Think win/win: Work with the other person and arrive at a solution wherein both of you feels good about your decision. It involves cooperation, not competition.

But if you really want to understand that habit, why not read that chapter from the book yourself?

    Ah okay...

Ako ma-share ani kay, for example, naa ko'y office mate nga successful kaayo sa iya trabaho, I won't get envious and look at it as "his gain, my loss," but as something to inspire me. God's blessings are abundant, it's available to everyone, and it's inexhaustible. If I do what I do best, and do things my own way, I know I can succeed, too.
