Dirty kitchen. Each room has its own submeter para sa electricity. 3500 ra unta ang room if one occupant lng then additional 500 for every additional occupant (the room is good for 2). Naa laundry and water refilling business which are located in the same building. Every 15th and 30th of the month ang payment para dili bug-at sa bulsa. If 4000 ang inyo monthly rate it will be 2000 sa 15th and 2000 sa 30th.
