If by any circumstance that a request or action needs to be addressed , channel it to the right people . Direct it to any MODERATORS that are ONLINE . Dont flood the the sub forum by creating threads requesting to close or lock threads , ask questions that can be answered with opinion based answers and most of all bitch on someting that will only not make you look like a kid gi ilugan ug balloon but will definitely make you a laughing stock .

^ I agree to include this in the rules. @YJOB already created dedicated thread for "Thread Title Editing Requests" but others still making new thread request (thread for closure/lock). Simply not following moderator's instruction hence deserves a piece of warning.

how about a pop-up EVERY SINGLE time someone creates/edits a thread? and will not close or move forward for at least a minute or two? that way, they'll be forced to read it....adding the forum rules/B&S forum rules as well...
