We are selling this since my parents will be transferring to their hometown in Bohol. Most of us are already in Cebu and Bohol for work.

its not fully furnished but of course we wont be taking out the bulit-in cabinets in the rooms, the library, as well as the chandeliers. .those that are already attached.

My parents may also leave the dining table, etc. .so it could be semi - furnished, dpending upon their agreement.

i will be taking more pics of the house after the new year since i will be going home during the holidays. . =)
