for me... id go for PSP.... heheh PSP can play games,surf the net, listen music, watch videos ug uban pa.... then ang itouch is videos ang music ra.... so lamang jud ang PSP.. ^_^

advantages:
PSP = multifunctional and cheaper
Ipod touch = small size comfortable in the pocket
disadvantages:
PSP = too big in the pocket and the original cd games are way tooo expensive
Ipod touch = only music and vidz nothing special and very expensive
