notifications..how to disable??

hello, how can i disable notifications if dili na ko ganahan manotify if naay new post? i tried clicking on the notify "asked if enable" i clicked ok..then i clicked notify again "asked is disable" i clicked ok. until now makarecve gihapon ko sa notifications if naa new post sa topic.. nagkadaghan na ako topic manotfied..hehe.

Go to your "Profile / Notifications and Email", then select which topics / boards you wish to unsubscribe then click on the "Unsubscribe" button...
