hello gud pm everyone..

ask lang ko ba... kana ato company email ba kung mo email ta outside sa atong company or maka recieve ta og email outside sa atong company mabasa ba na sa server?

i mean kana tanan ato gi pang email outside mabasa na nila?

murag depende na cya gi unsa pag setup sa email server.... try daw pag fish ug info kung gi unsa nila pag setup sa inyong mail.... kay basin ug naay nag offline back-up sa mga mails ninyo....

yeah sa email servers like win2003 system or linux servers. but some companies put thier notice like this below...


" This communication is a property of xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and may contain confidential information. Unauthorized use of this communication is prohibited. If you have received blah ..blah... an so on. "

did u read the company policies regarding emails?

Im just wondering if whats really the big deal about the email. Unless there is something in there that needs to disappear for good.

Only IT people have the power to completely wipe out every copy of that email. Even them, doing that is a violation of the company policy especially if the IT do archiving. If you are only an employee or just a staff, you really need to do some "Mission Impossible" to accomplish what you are up to.

ngano man diay if mabasa? unless naa kay illegal. pero bisan pa bai, dili sila allowed moopen ana.
