    Hi Ondoy,

Yes, we do have several job requirements. It's one way for us to determine if the candidates are really interested to grow with us or 'just looking.' As a potential candidate, wouldn't you like to get an idea of how our company works early on? This way, you can decide whether we have the best fit for your needs or not.
@linknodes: Thanks. Have a wonderful day.

@rl: What we provide is more than just a job. We also invest in our employees to grow and become more successful in their field. Yes, a high compensation can buy you the finer things in life. But it shouldn't be the only reason why you stay in a job and it's not the only thing that matters.
