so if i can find an investor willing to invest 80t pesos for 50% partnership for the boutique for the months sept-january 2017.
then we will renew the contract.

currently have 200t worth of clothes, accessories and 75t worth of security deposit.
you will be entitled to that at the end of january 2017 if you invest...
