Atlas made Toledo a CITY of its own... As far as I know they are building something of the coast and its a mining company.

the old Atlas Fertilizer Company was sold to a Japanese firm and now become the Atlas Fertilizer Corporation. i heard they are even hiring new personnel.

I need to know if this corporation still exists. Who are its present stockholders? Where is its manufacturing plant and main office? What are its main products and are they exporting? I can't find any valuable data on this company in the web/internet.
