You mean as a Tourist Visa?

Let me honest with you, No. Unless you know somebody there who can recommend you, or you're one of the lucky ones.

Why? Because while on tourist visa, you are not allowed to work. And if you do work, you are not getting the regular compensation, plus your working rights are "not counted" to apply for Permanent Residency in Australia. Plus, the employer will "NOT ALWAYS BE" willing to sponsor you - because you're "illegally" working.

Take a look at the other side of the picture, if you're an Australian Employer - and there's a Filipino who is on Tourist Visa who wants to work for you. Since you're a good hearted person, you hire her - but you are aware of the risks. You will be "illegally" hiring a person to work for you, will you risk your company's reputation? Think about it.

So, if you really want to WORK and LIVE there permanently, you will just have to do it the LEGAL WAY.

The 573 Program is one of the LEGAL ways to WORK THERE LEGALLY WITH YOUR SPOUSE (the both of you work).
