Best gourmet french fries/short order foods in Cebu?

Hi istoryans! Been skimming through the forums here but I can't seem to find any relevant threads that are up-to-date so I decided to start a new one.

Basically, my girlfriend and I will be inviting over some friends who are from outside of Cebu and they want to try out some short order foods that will definitely leave a good impression. I added the word "gourmet" on my thread title so no fastfood suggestions please (no McDonalds/Jollibee/KFC... although pizzerias are an okay suggestion - Shakeys/Yellow Cab/etc.). Mainly looking for the best tasting french fries currently available, although other short orders like burgers, etc. are also welcome. As for price, not really an issue... so long as it's worth it.
