If i setup a service where we buy all your fresh meat and grocery needs every week, delivered every Sunday (or any day of preference) at 15% on top of total costs of goods, would you be willing to pay for it?

Just setup an acct with us, answer a few questions to determine your weekly needs, agree on payment method (credit card, COD, post-dated cheque) and that's it – consistent delivery weekly.

Also, you can get other stuff arranged to be delivered... As long as dili illegal.
