Connecting MSSQL SERVER 2000 Remotely with PB9

Hello,

Can I connect my office database server through Internet from a remote
location?

My Environment
Power Builder Application
SQL Server 2000 (at office server)
No Static IP Address

It should be possible to connect to my office server from any place
using internet connection. Though some security constraints are there
I need to know whether it's possible?

Possible on MySQL, should be possible on MSSQL since not all apps that use SQL will always be on the local server.
