Aynone know the current minimum wages that the cebu govt mandates?
also how many hours of work is considered regular hours and overtime hours ( past 8 hours? )
On Holiday's and overtime's how much is the rate mandated ?

to put it in simpler terms:

regular hours of work is 8 hours.

overtime anything beyond 8 hours is considered overtime work and should be paid at least an additional 25% on top of his regular wage.

holidays, sunday or rest day the employee is to be compensated of at least an additional 30% of his regular wage.
