mahal2 sad bai. ang maka mahal kay ang imo advance nya lisud ayo ug di mo patok ang tinda kung 1st timer pa. pero sa negosyo risk man jud tanan. try nalang contact nila bai or ask kinsa ug asa pwede ma contact.

based on what i know (may vary depending on the mall)...

P600+ per sqm (rent)
P35+ per sqm (for common use area, guard, janitors, etc)
3 mos advance
3 mos deposit

pero come to think of it bai, you wont be paying rent for 6 months man pod

i have called mall management before and inquire about this.
commonly mo average ug 15k per month ang rent basta food cart ang imo ibutang. then ang mga kelangan kay inyung registration, letter of intent ug uban pang important papers re sa nyung business.
