wii bought in US will use a power converter?

i Dont have any idea about wii..my husband from Us just bought my son a wii..do i need to use a power converter?since in the Us they use 110v?thanks

Check the manual if its auto volt or 110 only before you go checking for step down power supply. If its only 110 V, you can buy AVR in computer shops with 110V.

check the spec sticker maybe at the back or under, there should be a voltage rating, either 110v or 110-240v... if 110v only you will need to get either a converter 110 to 220v or an AVR with a 110v socket, DO NOT plug it in a 220v or it will get damaged.
