Default Cutting short Smart Bro Service

Good day, fellas. I opened a Smart Bro account last December. Unfortunately, I was transferred to the US( work). This was a last- minute thing. Now, I would need to cut my subscription short, since there is nobody at home to continue using it. But I remember signing a 1 year contract with Smart. Is there any way to go around it, & have my account closed? I would appreciate your valuable inputs. Thanks.

I think you will have to pay the penalty for early termination since you did sign the contract. Unless you know a high ranking officer working with smart bro. hehehe.

i think they send a notice letter to you the week before expiration. at least you have a person or people to make the early disconnection. cuz the early termination fee cost around 3,500 pesos.

could you confirm this? this would be a lot better. three months worth to have it discontinued.
