Dell Laptop HD password LOCKED, how to reset?

Problem: HD and Administrator Password LOCKED.

Do you have any idea how to reset or any Dell Tech Support here to guide me how to reset HD Password?

Need your help about this problem.

you need to contact dell tech support asia for this or kung asa nimo na napalit. and show proof na ikaw ang tag iya. otherwise, they wont entertain you.

Maybe you can remove battery from CMOS if your using desktop. Laptop is different.

I agree, nitawag nako ko ug tech support from dell but they don't entertain if the item bought is not registered. Actually, dili ni ako-a, just helping my friend to fix this problem.

kung sa imo na friend asa man niya na gipalit? im sure he has records and receipts for it. try pud itake sa iya gipalitan.
