Kinahanglan man gani naa educational attainment aron makasulod ug trabaho. Higher position pa kaha? So yes jud akoa.

Running an office will require you to have administrative skills. How can someone not skilled run a successful organization? Can you imagine a large corporation run by high school drop outs, with the exceptions of course of geniuses like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, that's very unthinkable. Kung ga work ka ug start up company nya kahibaw ka nga ang management dili qualified, makulbaan ka pirmi basin anytime mag close.

nindut unta.but its easier said than done. if buhaton ni nila, then it means it needs constitutional ammendment. that means it would need constitutional convention. it means.billions napud gasto sa gobyerno. hahay..

It's like before a person becomes a captain he should learn navigation, otherwise he will lead us nowhere.
Sincerity to hold the helm is always not enough.

I think it was the 1987 constitution that open that opportunity for the uneducated to enter into politics because Cory herself was not qualified to lead because she does not have the leadership experience before assuming the presidency. How ironic when the rank and file have to take the civil service exams to be able to land a job in a govt and yet their leaders can have a seat just because they are popular to the masa even if they don't know anything.

very big OF COURSE jud ko!

all types of work/employment require educational attainment, maskin mag OJT gani ka, kailangan nindot ka ug school grades and naa ka achievement. dili jud ka pili on sa imo employer kung same as the rest ra imo resume.

as a public official, one needs to have completed studies not just in any course, but kanang angay pud na kurso na maka enhance sa iya skills sa public administration. not only that, the public official has to be knowledgeable (dili perfect and expert jud 101% ha), but at least naa knowledge about economy and how to implement the laws...not just those laws that would benefit him.

isa pa, as a public official, dapat naa man gud 'calling' ba...kadalasan sa mga nag pa haron ingnon na mga public officials karon kay mas dako man ang vested interest para sa ila kaugalingon kaysa sa pag serve... tsk tsk...
