Rough estimate? Are all the pieces available locally? If not, what are good alternatives?

Yeah the list is from the BlizzCon demo PC's, so mura wala jud ang uban brands diri.
I want to run Diablo 3 on High settings, ideally. The specs above are what Blizzard is using to demo the game in their conferences, but they are over the top, since they want to show off the game and the hardware sponsors want to show off their latest hardware.
So I can go a bit lower than the specs above to lower the price.
