There are two houses that are offering their rooms for rental.

The first house offers 1 (single occupancy) room. For ladies only. Students or Employees are welcome. Rate for me was 2K per month. Free water and electricity as long as it does not exceed the monthly bill. Beyond that, you'll need to shoulder the remaining bill in excess. You can do your laundry outside your room. Place is clean. Very nice land lady and her family.

The second house (which is owned by her daughter) has a huge master bedroom. You can negotiate with the home owner as to how many persons you can bring in. Last time we talked, the room can accomodate 3 persons. No children allowed as there is a stairway that can be dangerous for little children. It has it's own balcony and is very spacious.

Both houses are very conducive for studying and sleeping as both are located in a very silent neighborhood. Far from the jeepney noise and such.
