Actually, there will be another MARS apparition this year just like in 2003. But not as near as 2003 ( 57million kms ). I was also there in USC-TC grounds duringÂ* the MARS Watch 2003. This year MARS closest approach will happen on the 30th of October.
It would still only be a bright dot in the night time sky (like in 2003) and not as big as the moon? MARS' brightest cannot even outshine that of Venus.

MARS is approaching this year. And that is NOT a hoax!!!
