im helping my friend and their family in looking for a house and lot in banilad area. must be inside a subdivision. 2 story house with garage. must have at least 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms and one maids room or storage room. Not furnished/semi-furnished because they already have some furniture's. if possible rent to own house and lot.
