if u are solely basing on this obsolete law, y did get I penalized 15,000 pesos (tumataginting, excluding arrogance violation) kugn klaro na nakastate diha 600 HUNDRED pesos lang? db pd 96 man atong gibasehan mga sirs??"

2. Law enforcement itself by nature is impartial in its implementation of laws rules ang regulation
3. Your concerns will be discussed this week at Clark Air Base since the office will be holding a national meeting on lad transportation concerns.
4. A law can never be obsolete, it can be amended or modified accordingly by a legislative body.
5. Penalty for defective/ cut/ without muffler is not 15,000.00"

hehe maypa nagpa resibo lang to imong kaila kay klaro pang P600 to sa LTO cashier! pastilan dakoa ngisi sa agent ato sa? 7K!

lisod gyud ning walay alamag sa ingani nga balaod. gulaton lang ug 15K bayranan. makig ariglo dayon samot ka sikwate. hehe

PD96 is an old law made by the late strong man mascos. do you think naa nay mga open pipe, DBS pipe for motorcycle sa panahon ni marcos? ginoo ko, 1970's nga law gigamit sa 2010 nga technology!

Land Transportation Office - walay parking space for land transportation vehicles. Sa kadako sa bayranan every year, wala gyud sila kapahimo ug parking space para sa katawhan nga naay business transaction sa ilang office.

tsk tsk tsk...regarding sa HID..they should not generalize the law...ang naka projector na HID is ok man...dli man silaw...kana lang stock na headlight nya pa HID2x...LTO should be able to distinguish aning projector headlamps and none projector headlamps
