Asus mobo M2N68-AM trouble..help pls

Help mga computer wiz...
amd athlon64 x2 wont load to windows.

What i have done:

changed PSU with another PSU that is working
changed HDD with another working HDD, tried using both SATA and IDE
changed RAM
tried to remove HDD and it will reach the BIOS

Im suspecting that:
1) MObo problem but im thinking its not coz it can load the bios
2.) Procie problem but again im thinking its not coz it can also boot to bios with out HDD.


Help please.. btw, it started when it kept on restarting then it gave a message, "PU over temperature" after that, it never booted again..

ako lang e.up para makita sa mga computer wizards dere sa istorya.

check for bulging capacitors, ur burn marks anywhere sa motherboard.

have u tried resetting the HSf sa imo cpu?

remove and clean the hsf from and dust, and apply fresh thermal compound...

try to check pud imo ide or sata cables if mana ka ug check sa imo hsf..

checked on the capacitors, OK raman tanan and wala sad any traces of sunog.. iv cleaned the hsf but i havent tried applying thermal compound.. ako ni e.try..

try checking with a high PSU wattage... like 500 or 600... basin imo na gamit na PSU d pud maka daog sa load
